SHIPPING

Shipping and processing orders will take at least 2-10 business days to process and package before shipping. Once your order has shipped, it will be shipped and a tracking number will be provided to you.

Rockin West is NOT responsible for:

Products lost or damaged by mail or carrier. The Canadian postal service or other carrier will be responsible once the package is shipped.

If you have any issues with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the carrier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to appear. In rare cases, tracking information may not be updated, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us once the estimated delivery time has passed.

All our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item was delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held responsible for packages whose tracking information indicates that the package was delivered to your order address.

We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping time, as order processing may take 1-2 business days and we cannot be held responsible. If the item is not delivered on time, please contact the carrier. We will NOT refund additional shipping costs if the carrier does not meet the guaranteed shipping times.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they enter the correct shipping address. We are not responsible if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping times, so there is a very short delay to cancel/modify your order or to change the order address.
