Hope Collection for the Trek Rose Morocco 2024 project

Rockin West is more than a brand, it is a brand that is also involved with cowboys – cowgirls, causes and supports organizations.
This is why Rockin West created the Hope collection to support the Les Beauceronnes des dunes team, from Trek Rose Maroc. A project launched by Pascale Barbeau, a cowgirl and barrel racing competitor across Quebec since she was young.
Following a breast cancer diagnosis in 2021, Pascale Barbeau began chemotherapy, surgery and radiotherapy. During her treatments, she received a lot of help and wanted to give back and take on a challenge at the same time. Going through an illness is a bit like crossing a desert and she wanted to give hope. She shared the idea with her friends who had walked with her in the Relay for Life in 2022 to participate in this Trek. In this way, they are raising funds to finance their adventure and bring more hope to the causes associated with the Trek Rose Trip, including the Ruban Rose association. Today, one in eight women is affected by breast cancer, hence the importance of supporting research.
She continued to ride and compete during her treatments and wants to give hope to young women to persevere, no matter what they are going through.
The Les Beauceronnes des dunes team, composed of Pascale Barbeau, Cathy Breton and France Larrivière, friends and work colleagues, will participate in the Women's Orienteering Trek in the Moroccan desert from October 31 to November 5, 2024. To learn more about the Trek:https://trekrosetrip.com/
A portion of the proceeds from sales of the Hope collection will be donated to the team to help them finance and carry out their project.
